Heidelberg University Publishing adheres to strict confidentiality guidelines and expects the same from all parties involved in the publishing process. Submitted manuscripts will be treated confidentially, regardless of whether they are published or not. The obligation to maintain confidentiality applies not only to employees of the publishing house, but also to external reviewers. Only heiUP board members, staff, and peer reviewers will have access to submitted manuscripts. Any personal data collected for technical or publishing purposes will also be kept confidential.
